I’m an on and off again real estate owner, manager, broker and investor for going on 20+ years. I believe that the current real estate marketplace has and will continue to prove (on average) to be as productive a place to put working capital as there exists in this country right now, or for the foreseeable future. More specifically, I will not be surprised if it subsequently turns out to be among the best investment marketplaces available to investors of all descriptions, anywhere, in our collective lifetimes.
So, with this as the working premise, I will endeavor to research, write about and respond to pertinent issues, analysis, studies and/or commentary on an on-going basis. I will do this in the hope that these entries will help support this general opinion (re: the property market) and hopefully not show the author/me to be delusional. In either instance, I expect this effort to also help me focus my own thoughts on this subject matter, which will hopefully prove applicable otherwise to my day to day.
